# Add Requester Information

Requester Information identifies the individual initiating the certificate request.

Users must provide:

* Requester name
* Requester email address
* Contact number (if applicable)

This information is used for order-related communication, notifications, and audit tracking. The requester does not need to be the certificate owner or authorized signatory.
