# Order Confirmation

Within minutes of successful payment, you will receive an email from CERTInext (no-reply address) with the subject line: ORDER #\[Your Order ID] - Your Order is Successful.

#### What This Email Contains

**Order ID**: Your unique order reference number.  Note this number. Use it when contacting support or tracking your order.

**Ordered Date**: The date and time (UTC) when your order was placed.  Verify the date is correct.

**Product & Validity**: The certificate product name and its validity period.  Confirm this matches what you ordered: Softnet Legal Person Certificate - Soft Token 1 Year.

**Identifier**: The name of the certificate holder as entered in Step 4.  Confirm this is the correct name.

**Track Order button**: A link to the CERTInext portal where you can view your order status.  Click Track Order to access your order details page at any time.
