What This Email Contains

Order ID: Your unique order reference number. Note this number. Use it when contacting support or tracking your order.

Ordered Date: The date and time (UTC) when your order was placed. Verify the date is correct.

Product & Validity: The certificate product name and its validity period. Confirm this matches what you ordered: Softnet Legal Person Certificate - Soft Token 1 Year.

Identifier: The name of the certificate holder as entered in Step 4. Confirm this is the correct name.

Track Order button: A link to the CERTInext portal where you can view your order status. Click Track Order to access your order details page at any time.
