# Order Confirmation
*Immediately after your payment is processed, you will receive an order confirmation email from CERTInext.*
**What this email contains:**
• A greeting with your name
• Confirmation that your order has been placed successfully
• Order ID: A unique number identifying your specific order (e.g., 3317238956). Note this number - you will need it for future reference and for certificate download.
• Ordered Date: The date and time your order was placed
• Product & Validity: "Code Signing - EV"
• Identifier: Your organization's name
• A "Track Order" button that links to your order tracking page
**⚠ IMPORTANT NOTE**
• Save this email. The Order ID will be required when downloading your certificate.
• If you do not receive this email within 15 minutes of payment, check your spam/junk folder. If still not found, contact CERTInext support.
• The "Track Order" button takes you to a public URL where the order status can be viewed without logging in. This is useful for sharing status with colleagues.
